Your login details will be stored on our system to permit you to view your orders and buy further tickets for this and other events.
Ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available in the event of cancellation of the performance.
Electronic tickets are individually bar-coded and subject to check on arrival at the venue.
Concert attendees are encouraged, before or after the performance, or during the interval, to take still photographs or short video clips for their personal use or to share respectfully on social media.
During the performance, any form of audio or video (including stills) recording is strictly forbidden.
Anyone found breaching these rules may be asked to leave the venue without compensation or recourse. We also reserve the right to take action against anyone posting online content containing any part of the performance, however obtained, without first having obtained written permission from NLC.
NLC or its authorized agents may take photographs or make audio or video recordings. By purchasing tickets, you consent to this without any expectation of payment.
